The effectiveness of a work group largely depends on its style of self-organization and management.

My experience as a team leader for complex projects has allowed me to learn coaching-inspired management techniques that stimulate the autonomy and motivation of the group, ensuring optimal management of time, relationships and meetings.

As a team manager, I can:

An effective leader knows how to create the conditions that allow the team to excel. He/She/They can listen , offer a vision , accompany and above all empower the others.

My work as a team and group leader takes inspiration from the leader coach model proposed by psychologist Daniel Goleman. The leader coach has 4 characteristics: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. This style makes it possible to create a psychologically safe environment that stimulates talent, creativity and strategic opportunities .

As a leader, I can:

act as a team leader for specific projects
take charge of the development of newly created teams
lead the acquisition of new soft skills
design and carry out training programs about emotional leadership
facilitate change management

A conscious communication

It is impossible not to communicate. Whether through words or verbal or para-verbal language, any interaction between us and the outside world involves communication.

Optimizing work organization is key to a successful team.

That means becoming aware of our communication styles and checking whether they are working right for our purpose.

If that is not the case, it is possible to learn tools and techniques for communicating more intentionally and consistently with our vision and mission to ensure the success of our project.
